TERMS OF SERVICE DIRT LAUNCH POWERSPORTS

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of this website (“Site”). By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Dirt Launch Powersports (“DLP”) is a Beyond Redline trademark and operates under Beyond Redline.

1) Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this Site in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with our store, services, or other customers.

2) Mobile Terms of Use (SMS / Text Messaging)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Dirt Launch Powersports. Messages may include order updates, account notifications, promotions, and marketing messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We may use third-party service providers to deliver messages. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3) Pricing + Product Info

Prices do not include shipping unless clearly stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We are not responsible for misprints, typographical errors, or pricing errors. Dirt Launch Powersports is not responsible for labor costs or any costs associated with installation of products.

4) Order Acceptance + Payment

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Personal/business checks may require 3–7 business days to clear.

No COD for regular customers. COD may be available for approved dealer/wholesale customers only.

5) Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship to billing addresses.

If you are a return customer and need an order shipped to a different address, please contact us and we will make arrangements.

All shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Errors reported after 7 days will be considered void. Customers are responsible for checking all items upon delivery.

6) Returns + Refunds

All returns must be approved by Beyond Redline and require an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization).

No returns accepted after 30 days from the order date.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders, electronics, or any used items.

7) Order Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

No cancellations on group purchase or group buy orders.

8) Racing / Off-Road Use + Emissions Compliance Notice

Many products sold on this Site are dedicated racing items and may not be legal for street use.

Unless otherwise indicated, these parts are not to be installed on vehicles subject to emission control regulations. Customers are responsible for checking with their state emission authorities before installation.

Dirt Launch Powersports / Beyond Redline makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding emissions compliance for any customer vehicle.

Some items may only be legal in California for racing vehicles that may never be used on a highway.

9) Installation Disclaimer + Assumption of Risk

Performance and racing modifications carry inherent risks.

All installations are performed at the customer’s own risk. Dirt Launch Powersports / Beyond Redline is not responsible, implied or otherwise, for mechanical, electrical, or other failures that may occur when using aftermarket performance products.

10) Warranty Disclaimer + Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the buyer waives any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless expressly agreed to in writing by the parties.

Beyond Redline shall not be liable under contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory for any amounts in excess of the total fees paid, or for any incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or the cost of substitute goods or services.

Acceptance of goods sold constitutes acceptance of all terms listed here.

11) Governing Law + Venue

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the sale of goods will be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without reference to its conflict of law rules.

Exclusive venue for any legal proceeding shall be the competent courts of the State of Wisconsin.
