Aeromotive/Dirt Launch Powersports YXZ Fuel Pump

Aeromotive, the leading manufacturer of aftermarket fuel systems and accessories, has partnered with Dirt Launch Powersports to introduce a new direct drop-in fuel pump module for 2016-2020 Yamaha YXZ1000R side-by-sides. The Phantom Series fuel pump module is compatible with the factory plastic fuel tank and comes preassembled with an Aeromotive 200 liters-per-hour fuel pump.
Aeromotive’s Phantom Series direct drop-in fuel pump modules for Yamaha YXZ1000R models feature a factory-sized outlet cap to maintain fitment with the OEM fuel tank.
The module is compatible with gas and supports up to 450 horsepower.
All horsepower numbers are based on EFI-forced induction gas applications
Each configuration is offered as a complete kit, including the pump assembly, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter and required fittings

Yamaha YXZ1000R models is a direct drop-in unit with no drilling or fabrication required.
The kit requires transferring over the factory fuel level sending unit and converting the fuel system to a return-style system with the supplied fittings.
Aeromotive’s Yamaha YXZ1000R Phantom Series Direct Drop-In fuel pump modules come preassembled with fuel lines and fittings installed and is covered by Aeromotive’s limited one-year warranty.
- Optional 340 Liter-per-hour pump for Ethanol or flex fuel applications.
This optional pump draws more amperage than the stock pump and the 200lph which is included with this kit. It's high recommended to have an alternator installed to provide the necessary amperage to power this pump. YXZ Alternator Kit
