Developed for the demanding conditions of the AMSOIL Championship Off-Road Series, the Dirt Launch Powersports YXZ Race Intercooler is designed for high-performance turbocharged Yamaha YXZ1000R builds.

As boost levels increase, intake air temperatures rise, reducing performance and placing additional stress on the engine. An intercooler helps reduce intake temperatures, allowing for more consistent performance and improved reliability under demanding conditions.

This intercooler was designed for custom race and performance applications where maximum flexibility is required. It is not a bolt-on product and requires custom fabrication for installation.
