Yamaha YXZ Turbo Kits — Stage 1, 2 & 3 | Includes ECU Tuning

Dirt Launch Powersports Yamaha YXZ turbo kits are built for YXZ1000R owners who want real, reliable horsepower without sacrificing drivability. Every kit includes fully in-house ECU tuning on your factory Yamaha ECU — no piggyback controllers, no guesswork, no additional tuning required after installation.

Choose from Stage 1, Stage 2, or Stage 3 depending on your power goals. Stage 1 delivers approximately 150 rear wheel horsepower on a stock engine and is a complete bolt-on system designed for trail riding, dunes, and hard use. Stage 2 adds larger injectors and electronic boost control, capable of reaching 200 rear wheel horsepower on pump gas. Stage 3 upgrades to a Garrett GT2860RS turbocharger with a .86 A/R for up to 270 rear wheel horsepower, with improved cold start and drivability over the factory setup.

All DLP turbo kits are built around a Garrett turbocharger, a large air-to-air intercooler tested to over 400 horsepower, and race-proven components used in Championship Off-Road competition. Each system is tuned to run on pump gas and is calibrated to automatically compensate for elevation changes, making these kits reliable whether you are riding at sea level or at altitude.

Fits 2016 and newer Yamaha YXZ1000R models, compatible with both Sport Shift and manual transmission. The system is designed to grow with your build — Stage 1 and Stage 2 share the same core kit, and Stage 3 uses the same foundation with a larger turbo and updated tuning. No need to replace your system as you upgrade.
